Experience a fun, educational, and delectable Food and Wine pairing class with our in-house sommeliers Victoria. Twelve exquisite savory and sweet food items will be paired with six wines of which one with Wine Spectator ratings 90+points

Lugana, a Dry White, Trebbiano de Lugana from Lombardia, Italy. Pair with Shellfish, Seafood, Pasta, and Macarons

Rosé, Domaine de la Forêt, a Dry Rosé, Cinsault, and Grenache, from the Provence, France. Pair with Salads, Cold Cuts, Seafood, and Macarons

Château Chambert, a Dry Red, Malbec from Cahors, France. Pair with Red and White Meat, Truffles and Chocolate

Chianti, Tenuta di Capraia Riserva 2009 – WS 91 pts, a Dry Red Sangiovese from Tuscany, Italy.  Pair with Salami, Ragout, Pasta, Tomatoes, and Berries.

Willm Blanc de Blancs, a dry Sparkling made of Pinot Blanc, from Alsace, France. Pair with Appetizers, and strawberries

Moscato Montebello – a sweet fizzy white, Mosacto from Oltrepo, Italy. Pair with fruit salads, and Sponge Cakes
