Experience a fun, educational, and delectable Food and Wine pairing class with our in-house sommelier Victoria. Twelve exquisite savory and sweet food items will be paired with six wines of which two with Wine Spectator ratings 90+points

Pinot Grigio Casa Montebello, a Dry White, Pinot Grigio from Pavia, Italy. Pair with Fish, White Meat, and Egg based dishes

Vouvray 2013, a Dry White, Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley, France. Pair with Fish and Salmon Salad

Terrasses du Frigoulet 2012 – WS 90 pts, a Dry Red, Carignan-Grenache-Mourvedère from Languedoc, France. Pair with Red Meat, Lamb and dark Chocolate

Amarone della Valpolicella 2011 – a Dry Red Corvina-Rondinella-Molinara from Veneto, Italy.  Pair with Red Meat, Braised Meat, Salami, and Chocolate.

Franciacorta Rosé Brut 2010 – a dry sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé from Lombardia, Italy. Pair with Oysters, Appetizers, Fish, Seafood, and Fruit.

Sauternes Petit Guiraud 2011 – WS 90 pts, a Sweet White Semillon-Sauvignon from Sauternes, France. Pair with Foie Gras, Fish Terrines, Dry Fruit, and Vanilla Ice Cream
