Experience a fun, educational, and delectable Food and Wine pairing class with our in-house sommelier Victoria. You will learn how to appreciate your palate and pair 6 wines – spanning from whites and rosés, to reds, dry, bubbly or sweet – with six exquisite savory and six sweet food selections from our menu.
Franc Beauséjour 2013, a Dry White Sauvignon Blanc from Bordeaux. Pair with Salads, Smoked Fish, and Fruity Macarons.
