Château Chambert 2009, a Dry Red, Malbec from Cahors, France. Pair with Red and White Meat, and Chocolate. WS 90 points

Chateau de Chantegrive 2010, a Dry Red from Bordeaux.  Made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot Grapes. Pair with Red Meat, Pork, and Chocolate.  WS 90 points

Prosecco, Je t’aime, a dry sparkling Prosecco from the Veneto region in Italy. Pair with Appetizers, passion Fruit and Macarons.

Foehn 2011, a Sweet White from the Jurançon. Made of Petit Manseng, and Gros Manseng grapes. Pair with Ice Cream, Foie Gras, Fish Terrines, and Dry Fruit. WS 94 points
