Experience a fun, educational, and delectable Food and Wine pairing class with our in-house sommelier Victoria. Twelve exquisite savory and sweet food items will be paired with six wines of which three with Wine Spectator ratings 90+points
Vouvray 2013, a Dry White, Chenin Blanc from the Loire valley. Pair with Salmon Salad, Fish.
Grand Vallon, Rosé, a Dry Rosé, Grenache from the Côtes du Rhône. Pair with Roasted White Meat and Fruit Tarts.
Château Chambert 2009, a Dry Red, Malbec from Cahors, France. Pair with Red and White Meat, and Chocolate. WS 90 points
Chateau de Chantegrive 2010, a Dry Red from Bordeaux. Made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot Grapes. Pair with Red Meat, Pork, and Chocolate. WS 90 points
Prosecco, Je t’aime, a dry sparkling Prosecco from the Veneto region in Italy. Pair with Appetizers, passion Fruit and Macarons.
