Pouilly Fuissé, a Dry White, Chardonnay from Burgundy, France. Pair with Fish, White Meat, and Lemon

Château Fardel Laurens WS 90, a Dry Red, Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah from Languedoc, France. Pair with Red Meat, Lamb, and Dark Chocolate

Château Chambert- WS 90 ptsa Dry Red Malbec from Cahors, France.  Pair with Red and White Meat, and Chocolate.

Franciacorta Brut, a Sparkling White Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from Lombardia, Italy. Pair with Oysters, Appetizers, Fish, Seafood, Fruit

Sangue di Giuda, Montebello- a sweet red Fizzy, Craotina, Barbera from Oltrepo, Italy. Pair with Sweets and Spicy Cheeses
