You will learn how to appreciate your palate and pair 6 wines – spanning from whites and rosés, to reds, dry, bubbly or sweet – with six exquisite savory and six sweet food selections from our menu.

Rosé Chic, a dry rosé from the Côtes de Provence. Made of the Cinsault, Grenache and Tibourenc grapes. Pair with Salads, Grilled Meat, and Fruity Macarons.

Clos des Lunes 2012, a dry white Sauvignon Blanc from Bordeaux. Pair with Fish, White Meat and Almond Pear Tart.  WS 90 points

Pinot Noir Joséphine Dubois, a dry Red from Burgundy. Pair with White Meat, Pasta, Fish and Berries.

La Velona, Rosso di Montalcino 2011, a dry red Sangiovese from Tuscany.  Pair with Red and White Meat, Pasta, and Berries.  WS 92 points

Willm, Blanc de Blanc, Brut, a dry sparkling white from the Alsace region in France. Pair with Appetizers, Fruit and Macarons.

Alameda Sherry, Gitana, a sweet and creamy white from Xerez in Spain. Made of the Palomino and Ximenez grapes. Pair with creamy Ice cream, e.g. Vanilla, Praliné, or Coffee.
