Experience a fun, educational, and delectable Food and Wine pairing class with our in-house sommelier Victoria. Twelve exquisite savory and sweet food items will be paired with six wines of which two with Wine Spectator ratings 90+points

Vouvray, a Dry White, Chenin Blanc – Loire, France. Pair with Fish, and Salmon Salad

Rosé de Chevalier – WS 90 its, a Dry Rosé, Cabernet,Merlot from Bordeaux, France. Pair with Roasted White Meat, and Fruit Tarts

Pinot Noir, Caillou Noir , a Dry Red Pinot Noir from Burgundy, France. Pair with White Meat, Pasta, Fish, and Berries

Primitivo, Feudo di Santa Croce – WS 91 pts – a Dry Red Primitivo from Puglia, Italy.  Pair with Grilled White Meat, Pork, Chocolate, and Berries.

Prosecco, Je t’aime, a Sparkling White Glera from Veneto, Italy. Pair with Appetizers, Sorbets, Passion Fruit

Moscato d’Asti, Bianco Mio – a sweet White Fizzy Moscato from Asti, Italy. Pair with Salmon Salad, Lychee, Passion Fruit
